Online Support: If you have a high-speed connection and are able to browse the internet, we can remotely connect to your computer to assist you with your technical issues. By using "screen sharing" technology, we are able to view your computer screen. Once we have connected, we are able to perform work directly on your computer. We use a secured, 128 bit encrypted connection that only allows us to connect when you permit.
Onsite Support: Sometimes an issue needs hands-on support. If your computer or network is not functioning at all, or you would prefer that someone come to your business to help you, we are available for on-site support as well.
